By providing personal information to use via our Sites, you consent to its use in accordance with this Privacy Statement and, if you live outside the U.S. or Canada, you consent to the transfer of such information to the U.S. and Canada.
3. Personal Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Sites or give us in any other way. This information may include (a) your name, email address, and other personal information such as gender, date of birth and/or mailing address; (b) your interaction with Sites features; (c) transaction-related information; (d) information you provide us when you contact us for assistance; and (e) products or services you have purchased. In this Privacy Policy information that specifically identifies you as an individual specifically referenced as being collected in this section 3.1 and any other information also collected about you due to the nature of using the Internet and browsing websites is referred to as "Personal Information").

3.2.1 Aggregated Data
WCP may collect, use and disclose de-personalized information generated from the Sites for the purposes of statistical and demographic research, analysis, reporting and to further develop the Sites and ancillary services. “Aggregated Data” means data WCP collects about your use of the Sites, that has been aggregated and de-personalized. All Aggregated Data is and will be, as between us and you, the property of WCP and not considered to be Personal Information.
3.2.2 Cookies
When you access or use the Sites, we may use “cookies” to track what you view and interact with on the Sites. WCP treats information collected by cookies and similar technologies as non-personal information. A “cookie” is a small bit of record-keeping information that is sent to your computer. The cookies that WCP uses do not include personal information and may be used to: (1) help you navigate around the Sites, (2) monitor how many people are using the Sites, and (3) track trends. Once you leave the Sites, the cookie is not retained on your computer. Typically cookies establish anonymous browsing record until a visitor fills out a form (at 3tierlogic.com) or creates an Account for the Sites at which point we match the visitor’s anonymous record to an identifiable visitor using the information provided by filling out the form or creating an Account. At that point this cookie contains Personal Information that we use in accordance with this privacy policy.

We may use standard Internet technology, such as web beacons and other similar technologies, to track your use of our Sites. We may allow third-parties, including our authorized service providers, to access usage information regarding how you use our Sites. We use all this collected information only to try to understand your preferences better and to manage the load on our servers, so as to improve our service, analyze trends, optimize performance, administer and improve Site performance, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not track the websites that you visit before or after you leave our Sites.

a) Third Party Service Providers: We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as sending email, removing repetitive and inaccurate information from customer lists, analyzing data, processing credit cards, and providing marketing assistance. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
b)Protecting Others and Ourselves: We will disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, our customer, or others. In particular, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any official investigation and disclose your personally identifiable information to the relevant agency in doing so.
c) With Your Consent: Other than as stated above, we will not disclose or provide your personal information to a third party without your explicit consent for us to do so.
5.2 Need-to-know disclosure
Only those who “need to know” have access to Personal Information. All Personal Information is stored indefinitely on an encrypted server. All data is backed up daily and a copy is stored securely off-site.
Based on our legitimate interest in managing and planning our business, we may analyse data about your use of our products and services to, for example, troubleshoot bugs within the Sites, forecast demand of service and to understand other trends in use, including which features users use the most and find most helpful, and what features users require from us. This does not involve making any decisions about you - it is only about improving our Sites so that we can deliver better services to you. Strict confidentiality and data security provisions will apply at all times.
We limit access to all Personal information about you to those employees and agents who need to know the information to provide products and services to you.
5.3 Other disclosure
We will not disclose any of your Personal Information (and in particular PHI) to third parties except in the limited circumstances described below, or with your express permission. b) We disclose information that we are required by applicable law to disclose to applicable parties including, without limitation, law enforcement authorities, regulators or auditors.
